Job Description:

Basic Responsibility:

  • Project Management Team Member

  • In-Charge of BIM-Structural Modeling

  • Editing and Tagging BIM LOD 200-500 for a 32 Storey "The Monument" Project

  • Sheet Set Management and Fields tasks in AutoCAD for QA/QC Requirements on all CAD files future Databases.

Other Duties:​

  • Allocate to learn & Implement Design Authoring for All Revit Object-Based (3D Model)

  • Duty to Measure High-CAD Drafting Standard of Quality Implemented to Site, based on Parameters of Implementation of New CAD Features, CAD & BIM Standard Manual on weekly basis.

  • Obliged to advance on Standard Metrics and Deliver Report of Accomplishment parallel to TOC.

Job Description:

Basic Responsibility:

  • Receives instructions directly from the Project Manager.

  • Authors the best and accurate Tile Layout Key Plan that populates table and automatic update of data using Fields, as the drawing is being modified.  Also, link to an Excel Table for Weekly Monitoring Output/Report of Balances and Accomplishments to Date.

  • Responsible for Shop Drawings Preparation.

  • Prepares submittal documents for approval of Shop Drawings.

  • Performs Site Inspections to verify Shop Drawing Information/Detail such as taking photos, and getting the actual measurements.

  • Submits Request For Information (RFI) to justify conflict and/or Design of Building Information.

  • Prepares the Submittal Monitoring of Shop Drawings.

  • As-Built Plans

Other Duties:

  • Closely Monitoring of Balances and Accomplishments of Floor and Wall Tiles Installation.  Also, includes Thresholds and T&B Accessories.

  • Assist in the QA/QC Works by performing internal quality checking, inspecting, and comparing to set standards to provide immediate action, and minimize possible punch list during preparation and QRT Works.

  • Assist in the Operation by Monitoring, and Supervise constantly the progress of works especially on High Rise Area to make sure all instructions are implemented properly, comply with specifications, and in good quality. 

  • Lead and Organized the first-ever Syncing of Body Movements with Music the so-called “Zumba” to make the Staff and Workers’ morning exercise alive every Toolbox Meeting.

  • Coordination with different Parties involved in the Project.

  • Maintains a Safe and Clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.

  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
